Post Posted: Tuesday, 06 May 2008, 22:19 PM Post subject: RadioActive Radio, New things on the horzion Reply with quote ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hello- CBRT has always been very important to us at RadioActive Radios. We have many members who we've had very long standing relationships with, and have apprecaited the loyality shown from some of our best customers. This is why we have tried over the years to give back, and be a active part of the radio community. Some have tried to use this communication as a way to distort the truth about us, and try to ruin our reputation. This is why some dealers choose not to be active on forums, since the more you communicate the more likely it is for people to try to find flaws in your company. Sadly this is true, but will not stop us from trying our best to keep our customers whom we view as a part of the RadioActive Family as informed as possible. Some may have noticed that I have not been as active on CBRT as I'd like to be over the last 6 mths or so. The reason why is that RadioActive Radios has grown very rapidly. Being busy has taken me away from several things that I personally enjoy greatly. One of those things is taking care of things such as the forum. You may have heard or seen that soon there is going to be some big changes at RadioActive Radios. Trying to be honest and show the same loyality to my customers as they've shown us, I'd like to give you some of the "honest" truth things that need to, and will be taking place shortly. Being a active owner, I try my best to provide the best customer service and best technical service possible. However being ever more busy, there have been very few items that should have had better quality control that have slipped through the cracks. This bothers me greatly, since I want every RadioActive customer to have nothing but the best. Doing so many radios, with two techs has proven to be a challenge. I supervising all aspects of the bench, plus handling customer calls have missed things on both ends that may have been caught. One of the most important changes here at RadioActive that will be starting right away is Quality Control On all radios will be much tighter. Whatever it is going to take we are willing to do. In order to achieve this we have partnered up with one of the best techs in the business. Someone that I personally have worked with and met over 20 years ago, and one of the best techs I've personally ever known. This tech will be starting with us here "full time" in the next 7-10 days. Who is this tech? Well over the next coming weeks after the dust settles we hope to catch him up to speed with the entire forum thing, and will allow him to introduce himself! He will also be working days with us for even better tech support. This tech, eats, sleeps, and dreams radios. The RCI 2950DX gives him a smile bigger then a kid in a candy store. He loves all aspect of radios, and its his 1st love. He is very much concerned with every radio on the bench and will be able to greatly help us to keep our already high standards even higher! He will be working with me very closely. He knows radios, and radio users and has some serious passion for quality technical service. He will personally supervise every radio that comes and goes from RadioActive Radios. He will also be working with our east coast service center as well. We hope this will allow the future of RadioActive to keep expanding without sacrificing any technical service for speed. This will allow me to spend more time with customers giving them customer service. Instead of trying to supervise all activities on the bench I can spend more time running the company. I will still be greatly involved with the tech dept, and will be working on radios, but my focus over the next several mths is going to be slowly backing away from the supervising of the tech dept and focus more on customer service. And brainstorming new ideas for the bench and how to serve our customers even better! Radios are serious love of both of us! We have already been brainstorming on new things we'd like to introduce, that I'm very excited about. There are some very postive things that will be taking place. This change will also allow me to be more active on the forum. I will make every effort to slowly start getting back to being as active on the forum as needed. I have always loved this postive and awesome site, and have always apprecaited Bozos zeal for keeping this forum so clean, friendly and positive. A place for the best shops to be a part of. Good shops like good places to advertise and this site and its members are greatly appreciated. We will also be having more ways for our customers to communicate with us. We will be having 24 hour text message ability, 24/7 yahoo and msn messenger support as well. Keep posted on the site to check this out! We will be updating our customers over the next several mths with all the new things that will be happening at RadioActive Radios. We apprecaite the loyal support our customers have shown and look forward to even giving you more back in the future. I 100% believe that customers are going to even be more happy then ever. Customers that have been lost will find the new services refreshing, and new customers will appreciate the updates as they come!
