Mike and I have had a lot of very long conversations on the phone and he will go out of his way to make sure that you get everything that you need and make sure that you get all of your questions answered. Got it back up and running. The audio section had been taken apart more then a 8th grade science experiment! The reason for his disappointment in the technical work done by the other shop, it wasnt doing 1/2 the rms watts it should. Again, this is the reason rms watts are so much more important. While the pep wasn't horrible the reason you noticed a dramatic difference in audio from the superwackpack was they hacked the rms watts in 1/2. I know who did the work, but wont mention names. Alls I can say is its back up and running like new! I rec'd it at about 8am, and was back in the mail by 1pm! You'll receive it by monday, if the postmans nice. Hope you enjoy!
