   all units to date are averaging about 10+ watts carrier and 40+ watts pep when 
   operated from a rail no-load voltage of 14.0 volts.  this configuration has also 
   been improved over the earlier upgrades and is able to withstand SWR far in excess 
   of 3:1 for extended periods of time without damage. as always, the power figures 
   quoted include a properly functioning amc circuit.
